Out of breath right now. Just started to incorporate cardio into my routine for cutting. I love weight training and despise cardio but it gets the job done.

really crappy...I have a cold..I went today and then it starting raining..i was like WTF? I had to ride the bike home in the rain....good thing i had a helmet..but with the rain it was hard to see...luckily I didn't get ran over by a car or run into something.

but yeah nose running and coughing...I don't know how I'm going to sleep tonight.

yea, i was seriously crying at the airport when i was getting ready to leave.... ive never in my life cried for anybody.... even family members who had died... never cried, friends who had died, didn't cry....... i dunno, im very emotional and i miss her very much
